LNR Media produces corporate livestreams for town halls, all-hands meetings, and hybrid events in Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond. We handle the cameras, audio, and stream so leadership can focus on the message and remote employees get a broadcast that feels like being in the room.
When part of your company is remote, in another office, or in the field, a town hall that only works for the people in the room isn't really a town hall. A properly produced stream gives everyone the same view, the same audio, and the same chance to ask questions.
We produce streams for:
Livestreaming has one rule: it has to work. We plan the run of show with your team, test the venue's connection and audio ahead of time, and arrive early enough to fix problems before anyone's watching.
We stream to whatever platform your company already uses, most often Microsoft Teams, and the full recording is delivered afterward so the event can be watched on demand and cut into highlight clips. See event videography for recap edits.
Town halls usually belong to the internal communications team. We work with them on the agenda, speaker order, slides, and any pre-recorded segments, such as an executive message or a team spotlight, that play during the stream.

Small businessJames made the whole process easy. He understood what we wanted to say about the museum and made our team comfortable on camera. The finished video is something we're proud to share.
We're plumbers, not actors, and James made it feel easy. The video shows who we are and what we do better than anything we could have put together ourselves.
Tell us what you're working on. You'll talk to James, not a sales team.
